About the Role
We are seeking dedicated student support for our Project Development team to assist in the development, management, and execution of sophisticated commercial construction and real estate projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-volume developments.
Responsibilities
- Participation in all project phases, from initial concept and feasibility studies to project realization.
- Support in obtaining, evaluating, and reviewing bids.
- Assistance with invoice and measurement reviews.
- Administrative support for planning and approval processes.
- Contribution to reporting and project documentation.
- Close collaboration with project management and internal/external project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Interest in project development, construction processes, and economic contexts.
- High sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and good numerical understanding.
- Fluent German language skills.
