About the Role

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for long-term customer relationships in the area of digital platforms and are the central point of contact for strategic, technical, and economic questions.
- You support your clients as a reliable partner in their business and communication challenges, developing the collaboration strategically and operationally.
- You understand your clients' requirements and, together with strategy, UX, design, editorial, and development, develop a clear target vision for websites, portals, and digital platforms, for example based on TYPO3 or headless systems.
- You translate customer requirements into understandable briefings and coordinate the scope of services, goals, and priorities with project management and the involved specialist teams.
- You take the lead in tenders and award procedures, analyze requirements, develop solution approaches, and coordinate the creation of offers with internal teams and external partners.
- You are responsible for offers, calculations, budgets, and the economic key figures of your customer projects. Together with project management, you ensure profitable and sustainable implementation.
- You set the content and economic direction of the projects. Project management is responsible for operational planning, coordination, and implementation.
- You keep an eye on the scope of services, quality, and budget, and definitively clarify changes, additional expenses, or necessary prioritizations with your clients.
- You identify potential for growth and further development, sustainably expand existing customer accounts, and develop new business opportunities up to closing.
- You monitor market, technology, and AI trends and use them to open up new impulses, innovations, and competitive advantages for your clients.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in account or project management of digital platforms, websites, or complex digital products.
- You communicate confidently with clients, understand their requirements, and can translate complex technical contexts clearly and understandably.
- You have experience in offer creation, budget control, project planning, and economic project implementation.
- You have a good understanding of CMS, web technologies, digital platforms, and steering technical service providers – ideally with TYPO3 and/or headless systems.
- You work in a structured, binding, and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with many stakeholders, timings, and requirements.
- You think entrepreneurially, recognize potential in customer relationships, and enjoy leading teams and developing digital solutions together.
