About the Role

As a Project Manager within the Transformation department, you will lead projects across a diverse portfolio of transformation, operational, and technology initiatives. You will translate ideas into deliverable plans and ensure successful execution from initiation through to completion, contributing to strategic change, technology modernization, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects from initiation through to successful implementation and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and third-party teams.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Produce high-quality project reporting and management information.
  • Facilitate workshops, project boards, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage change requests and ensure appropriate governance and controls are followed.
  • Support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across a range of business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within structured project governance frameworks.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to project delivery.
  • A desire to learn, develop, and grow within a transformation-focused environment.
