Iron Mountain is seeking a Logistics Van Driver/ALM Warehouse Operative to join their team. This role involves driving a company vehicle to deliver and collect client data and assets, as well as supporting warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Driving a company vehicle on scheduled routes to deliver and collect client data and assets.
- Loading and unloading client data/assets from vehicles safely and accurately.
- Manually lifting/carrying client data/assets from vehicles to customer-specified locations.
- Processing scans and managing IT asset orders within the SMS.
- Ensuring complete data security and protection at all times.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all clients.
Requirements
- Experience as a Van Driver.
- A clean UK driving licence.
- Ability to interact face-to-face with customers.
- Ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to work with Google/Excel sheets.
- Confidence in using computers (full training provided).
