About the Role
Join Thales as a Working Student in Engineering Cloud, supporting the development and administration of cloud services. This role is crucial for accelerating digital transformation and AI adoption while ensuring the highest data security standards for German companies and public administrations.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering of a cloud in close collaboration with Technical Support Engineers and Customer Engineers.
- Assist with the administration and further development of cloud services.
- Build expertise in cloud architectures, IT security, and infrastructure automation.
- Support cross-functional projects and optimize existing processes and services.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in 2nd-level support.
- Contribute to ensuring stable and secure cloud operations.
- Assist in capturing, processing, and relaying customer requirements to product and operations teams.
Requirements
- Studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- First practical experience in cloud computing is advantageous.
- Interest in digital transformation and data security.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Communicative and flexible team player.
- Independent and proactive.
- Structured way of working.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
