About the Role
Steering wind and photovoltaic projects from acquisition to commissioning, including budget and schedule. Developing project concepts and schedules according to project specifications. Managing internal and external service providers using designated software tools. Ensuring successful land acquisition and preparing/managing approval applications according to BImSchG. Providing transparent and regular reporting. Selecting, commissioning, and managing external service providers. Acting as a project contact and conducting on-site meetings. Supporting project financing and collaborating with EPC before and during the construction phase, including quality control under the four-eyes principle.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, urban and regional planning, environmental planning/sciences, landscape planning, geoecology, or similar
- Experience in project management, ideally in the wind industry
- Structured way of working, a high degree of self-organization, communication and negotiation skills
- Creativity, initiative, and results-orientation in complex problem-solving
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
- Interest in the expansion of renewable energies
- Willingness to participate in a dynamic company with own ideas and focus areas
