About the Role
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our friendly team at The Manse Residential Care Home in London. Responsibilities
- Work as part of a supportive team to enrich the lives of our residents
- Provide personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Encourage and join in with leisure and social activities
- Show kindness and respect to residents, families and colleagues every day
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must pass safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed
Skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team to create a happy home
- Communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine care for older people
