About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our London team. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy, focusing on connecting top technical talent with major clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, referrals) to attract top-tier engineering talent.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process for all candidates.
• Communicate ALTEN’s culture and values clearly throughout the candidate journey.
• Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
• Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, technology, or STEM sectors.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
