About the Role
EY-Parthenon Strategy is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing practice. This role focuses on analyzing complex business problems, supporting strategy development, and delivering client-ready presentations and reports.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative research to develop meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Support strategy development, transformation, commercial due diligence, and operational improvement projects across a range of industries.
- Conduct market, competitor, industry, and financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare clear, concise, and client-ready presentations, reports, and business cases.
- Contribute to project workstreams, client workshops, interviews, and meetings, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrate curiosity and initiative, and contribute to EY-Parthenon’s collaborative culture through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

- Ability to synthesize complex information into practical recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to present findings clearly and compellingly.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization, AI, and analytical tools is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with strong academic achievement.
