About the Role

EY-Parthenon Strategy is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing practice. This role focuses on analyzing complex business problems, supporting strategy development, and delivering client-ready presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative research to develop meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Support strategy development, transformation, commercial due diligence, and operational improvement projects across a range of industries.
• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare clear, concise, and client-ready presentations, reports, and business cases.
• Contribute to project workstreams, client workshops, interviews, and meetings, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrate curiosity and initiative, and contribute to EY-Parthenon’s collaborative culture through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization, AI, and analytical tools is highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with strong academic achievement.
