About the Role
Aurora is seeking an Account Management Associate to join our Tokyo team. In this role, you will coordinate delivery and execution of Aurora's subscription products across accounts, ensuring workshops, onboarding, and service delivery are scheduled and completed effectively. You will act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, while also supporting client engagement by identifying new users and coordinating product demos to drive adoption. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent client experience while enabling Account Managers to focus on renewals, expansion, and strategic account development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops, onboarding sessions, and client events, ensuring scheduling, logistics, and preparation are managed effectively.
- Manage delivery timelines and milestones across accounts, tracking commitments and ensuring actions are completed.
- Act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, aligning inputs from Research, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Identify new users within client organisations and coordinate product demos to support onboarding and drive product adoption.
- Maintain regular contact with client stakeholders related to delivery, onboarding, and usage.
- Prepare contracts for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with our clients.
- Track delivery progress, actions, and account activity, ensuring visibility of key milestones and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support activity tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reporting packs and support service reviews.
