About the Role
We are currently seeking a Server who is passionate about hospitality and guest service. Whether you are an experienced hospitality professional or looking to begin your career in the luxury food and beverage industry, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to guests in accordance with BVLGARI standards
- Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and maintain dining areas to ensure an exceptional guest environment
- Process guest payments and handle cash register operations
- Support VIP guest experiences and special requests
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence initiatives
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent communication skills
- Valid authorization to work in Japan
- No prior hospitality experience is required.
