Responsibilities
- Tend bar and serve food to guests, exceeding their expectations.
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles.
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and tailored beverages.
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
- Welcome and engage with guests throughout their beverage experience.
- Support the bar team in general operational tasks, working closely with the food and beverage team.
- Build and strengthen relationships with guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service.
Requirements
- An up-to-date RSA.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Enthusiasm to escalate your career.
- Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
