About the Role
Join Van Cleef & Arpels, a High Jewelry Maison renowned for its heritage and exceptional savoir-faire. We seek talented individuals to contribute to developing and transmitting expertise in an enchanting and creative environment. You will be part of a team of passionate experts, contributing to innovative projects and helping our Maison reinvent itself.
Responsibilities
- Lead, consolidate, and develop the retail network across Australia and New Zealand.
- Oversee 7 departments within the Retail Management office and boutiques.
- Ensure the performance of the retail function aligns with the Maison's strategic plan and achieves long-term objectives.
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison, building a values-led team culture.
- Contribute to market and annual strategic plans, defining and implementing commercial strategies.
- Manage the team, set objectives, and ensure boutique targets for sales and client satisfaction are met.
- Promote the Maison's universe, history, creations, and inspirations within local communities.
- Optimize the VIP client experience strategy for Oceania in line with the Maison's DNA.
- Drive commercial activity and enhance the client experience journey by analyzing the retail landscape.
- Build a complementary team, coach members, follow up on improvements, recruit new talent, and nurture team knowledge.
- Ensure efficient and compliant operations, maintaining boutique environments and image according to Maison standards.
