About the Role
Play a key role in supporting the Seven Sales team in Sydney by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our market across broadcast TV and digital channels. Interact with key clients and stakeholders, supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Processing and managing linear television and digital bookings.
- Assisting in the preparation of linear television and digital proposals.
- Delivery and management of multiple advertising campaigns.
- Maintaining client and revenue records.
- Developing and strengthening key client and business relationships.
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team.
Requirements
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Proven customer-facing experience (e.g. retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing etc).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive work ethic and a strong team focus.
- A genuine desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation.
