About the Role

We are a startup digital agency that builds complex, end-to-end products for clients across ecommerce, marketing, and automotive industries, integrating AI into our work. You will own the frontend development for these projects, working across changing projects and settings, and contributing to rethinking how agency work is done.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, including states, edge cases, accessibility, performance, and the happy path.
• Take on medium and larger development pieces independently.
• Pair with senior team members on architecture-level decisions.
• Act as a team member, taking on challenging tasks, presenting work to clients, and steering development slices independently.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and strategists.
• Contribute ideas, experience, and curiosity to projects.
• Utilize AI tools to build better and faster.
• Own what you build through its entire lifecycle.
• Share knowledge and learnings with the team.
• Focus on product quality and client experience.
