About the Role
Grace Loves Lace is seeking a Full-Time Bridal Stylist for their San Francisco boutique. This role involves creating unforgettable moments for brides-to-be by providing personalized styling appointments and exceptional customer service in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-on-one private styling appointments
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience
- Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills
- Strive towards & exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
- Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories & occasional range
- Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email & phone
- Maintain a high standard of commitment and work ethic
- Act as a brand ambassador, wearing provided products in the boutique
- Work weekends, which are the busiest boutique days
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
- Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
- Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
- Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
- Highest standard of attention to detail
- Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
- Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills
- Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
- Must be able to work weekends

- Must have work rights in the United States
- Required to provide two recent and relevant referees
