About the Role

Deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions, enabling individuals and organisations to achieve sustainable return to work goals.

Responsibilities

  • Use specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, delivering services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
  • Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
  • Case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

Requirements

  • Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP.
  • Exposure to Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
