Seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent for Mobility Services position in Greece. This role offers an opportunity to join the fast-paced mobility sector, assisting customers with modern transportation needs while enjoying the lifestyle Greece offers.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to German-speaking customers regarding their mobility and transportation needs.
- Resolve inquiries related to booking platforms, vehicle reservations, and mobility service subscriptions.
- Assist clients with real-time navigation issues and account management within the mobility ecosystem.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our mobility clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with user applications to ensure a seamless mobility experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine service processes for the mobility industry.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer excellence in the mobility sector.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining connected to a supportive team.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Previous experience in mobility services or a similar customer-facing role is considered a plus.
