Requirements

  • Self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis).
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary institution degree program (Business, Commerce, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Arts, etc.).
  • For CPA Audit or Tax positions, committed to achieving Canadian CPA designation and working to obtain CPA required pre-requisite courses.
  • Build collaborative relationships, establishing strong internal and external relationships and building wide and productive networks.
  • Develop and motivate others by engaging them, instilling confidence, and coaching people to find meaning in their work and achieve exceptional results.
  • Take opportunities to learn and adapt by using insights and self-reflection to build capability and embrace new challenges.
