About the Role
KPMG in Canada is seeking undergraduate Business or Accounting students, pursuing their CPA designation, to join the GTA Tax teams as Full Time Staff Accountants starting Fall 2027. This role is based in KPMG's Toronto Bay-Adelaide office and offers opportunities to work with clients on tax planning and compliance, contributing to their business strategy and bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to identify tax-planning opportunities.
- Meet client tax compliance requirements.
- Assist businesses in understanding how to effectively respond to changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Provide a full scope of tax services for clients in the Asset Management practice, including investment managers, retail funds, mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds, and alternative investments.
Requirements
- Must have or will obtain legal authorization to work in Canada by the start date of employment.
