About the Role

KPMG in Canada is seeking undergraduate Business or Accounting students pursuing their CPA designation to join the GTA Tax teams as Intern & Co-op Students for a 4-month or 8-month term in Winter 2027 or Summer 2027. This role offers the chance to build momentum, develop future skills, and take ownership of your career within a supportive community.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to identify tax-planning opportunities.
  • Meet client tax compliance requirements.
  • Assist businesses and individuals in understanding and responding to changes in Canadian tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide a full scope of tax services for clients in the Asset Management practice.
  • Assist organizations operating in the US with determining tax-efficient structures, operational needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide tax and payroll compliance to executives and employers of people working, living, and investing outside their home country.

Requirements

  • Must have or obtain legal authorization to work in Canada by the start date of employment.
  • Applications must be received no later than Friday September 18th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
