About the Role
This is an exciting analyst role, serving as the interface between business users and the e-procurement solution. The candidate will act as a continuous improvement advisor to the business community, possessing an in-depth understanding of the solution and the source-to-pay process. The candidate will support both the Procurement and Finance teams leveraging the platform, also acting as the functional system administrator.
Responsibilities
- Support the national eProcurement system, including integrations configuration, testing, and production support.
- Ensure a strong level of functional expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) system modules.
- Manage master data integrity within the e-Procurement system.
- Set up and manage team roles within the system (creation, update, deletion).
- Manage system updates, including configuration and workflows, upon management decision.
- Manage upgrades and roll out new functionality for the cloud-based system.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to plan and conduct upgrades and associated testing/rollout.
- Support the set-up and maintenance of catalogues, including hosted and punchout catalogues.
- Coordinate the set-up and validation of hosted Catalogues on the e-Procurement system.
- Monitor, change, and update hosted catalogues.
- Interface with key stakeholders (suppliers, business owners, approvers) for catalogue creation and maintenance.
- Review hosted/punchout catalogues monthly for accuracy.
- Evaluate impacts of system process changes and/or configuration changes (regular cloud-based upgrades).
- Support the progress development of the system as required, ensuring alignment with internal firm policies.
- Maintain current e-procurement solution certification(s).
- Undertake other assignments related to the effective governance of the Procurement function in discussion with the Managing Director, Procurement.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant system administrator experience (Coupa, SAP).
- This position requires written and oral fluency in English.
- The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders.
- The successful candidate may be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and/or regulations.
Skills
- eProcurement system experience is an asset.
- Self-motivated and independent worker.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator both written and verbal.
- Effective team player.

Salary/Compensations
- $55,000 to $82,000
