About the Role
As part of our national expansion, we are looking for experienced and reliable HVAC Technicians to join our team on a full-time basis. This role requires overtime and participation in an after-hours roster to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Travel between various job sites daily, including Retail and Petroleum locations.
- Carry out breakdowns, servicing, preventative & reactive maintenance and installation on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and project managers to complete HVAC projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain clear communication with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, including reports and service documentation.
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV in Airconditioning & Refrigeration.
- Current ARCtick National license for fluorocarbon refrigerants.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably with a background in commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A national police check and medical assessment will be part of the recruitment process.
