About the Role
ALBA BERLIN is seeking individuals to lead weekly sports, games, and movement activities for children of various age groups. This role involves contributing to the development of the ALBA sports program and supporting club events.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly movement, games, and sports activities for children of various age groups.
- Engage in areas such as Kita sport, ball game groups, sports class support in tandem with teachers/coaches, school working groups or basketball club teams, open gym activities, recreational basketball, and holiday programs.
- Contribute to the design and development of the ALBA sports program.
- Support club events.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and adolescents.
- Ideally, possess prior experience in movement/sports/pedagogy.
- Ideally, hold qualifications in movement/sports/pedagogy.
- Flexibility and independent work.
- Authentic, communicative, and confident demeanor.
- Successful hiring requires a current extended child protection certificate.
