About the Role

Consultant for Data Protection (m/f/d) in part-time at the Berlin location. You will advise and support companies on all data protection issues, create and conceptualize national and international data protection agreements, and design solutions for complex data flows and processing. You will also help shape new consulting fields in the interplay of legal areas governing data handling, working alongside attorneys from MKM + PARTNER.

Responsibilities

Advising and supporting companies on all data protection issues.
Creating and conceptualizing national and international data protection agreements (also in English).
Designing solutions for complex data streams and processing.
Shaping new consulting fields in the interplay of legal areas governing data handling, together with the attorneys of MKM + PARTNER.

Requirements

4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in data protection.
Understanding of data protection consulting and practical expectations.
Comfortable with AI in data protection consulting.
Ability to work independently, structured, and self-responsibly, while also being a team player.
Experience in managing project budgets and communicating them transparently to clients.
