About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Standard Software Conceptualist, focusing on processes, UI, and AI-usable specifications. This role bridges the gap between business needs, processes, and user interfaces, contributing to the development of our specialized software solution for Corporate Real Estate Management.
Responsibilities
- Work on the conception and further development of our standard software.
- Analyze and structure business requirements and processes.
- Develop user interfaces and workflows that are understandable, practical, and process-centered.
- Create mockups, wireframes, and conceptual descriptions.
- Translate requirements into a clear, structured format for efficient implementation, increasingly AI-usable.
- Collaborate closely with business departments, customers, and development teams.
- Utilize modern, including AI-supported, tools to enhance work effectiveness.
Requirements
- Gained initial experience in the conception of process-based solutions, e.g., in the context of standard software or business applications.
- Possess a good understanding of business processes and their systemic representation, or a strong desire to develop this.
- Ability to describe complex requirements in a structured and understandable manner, or a strong desire to improve in this area.
- Enjoy collaboration and exchange with various departments and development teams.
- Interest in tool-supported conception of user interfaces (wireframes, mockups) and in functional, clear solutions.
- Willingness to actively use AI-supported tools in conception and development; initial experience is welcome, motivation is sufficient.
- Work independently, analytically, and with a high quality standard.
- Communicate confidently with business departments, development, and customers.
