About the Role
Goldin, an eBay company, is the leading collectibles marketplace platform seeking to be the most trusted destination for collectors. We are looking for individuals with intermediate to expert skill sets in Sports Collectibles, Vintage Cards, and TCG to join our team. The Consignment Director will source high-end collectibles, place them into auction, and manage communications throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Offer advice and recommendations to experienced collectors confidently
- Able to identify authentic and counterfeit items
- Ability to evaluate a wide range of collectibles
- Outbound/Inbound Sales efforts via email, phone
- Well spoken and strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Must possess strong knowledge of Historical Memorabilia
- Strong Relationship Management Skills catering to High Net Worth customers
- Organized
- Offer White glove services for sellers
Requirements
- A strong knowledge of the subject matter is required
- High end sales experience and/or prior collectibles work related experience is a plus
- Minimum 2 years Hobby related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
