About the Role

You will work in the Haselhorst Associates team, partnering with clients on strategic realignments, planning, and implementing holistic strategy and restructuring projects. You may also be responsible for turnaround implementation. As an experienced professional, you will create integrated financial plans, liquidity forecasts, and sound action programs. You will analyze, evaluate, and optimize business processes and support clients in achieving revenue increases. In addition to client engagement, consultants can contribute to the development of Haselhorst Associates, advancing the consulting firm with interesting ideas and innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients on strategic realignments, planning, and implementing holistic strategy and restructuring projects.
  • Undertake turnaround implementation if necessary.
  • Create integrated financial plans, liquidity forecasts, and sound action programs.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize business processes.
  • Support clients in achieving revenue increases.
  • Contribute to the development of Haselhorst Associates with ideas and innovations.

Requirements

  • Completed Master's degree in Business Administration or comparable fields.
  • Several years of professional experience in consulting, auditing, or industry.
  • Interest in strategy, turnaround, and restructuring topics.
  • Commitment, performance orientation, flexibility, and willingness to travel (DACH region, sometimes beyond).
  • Fluent German and English, intercultural understanding, and strong communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
