About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructurings. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies that drive companies forward and create sustainable value.
Analyze markets, competition, and customer insights in detail.
Engage in strategy consulting projects, M&A deals, and private equity initiatives.
Immerse yourself in strategy consulting for 10-12 weeks, learning from the team.
Act as a temporary consultant, fully integrated into project teams.
Take ownership of independent tasks and ensure their successful completion.

Requirements

Achieve top performance in Master's studies with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative field, preferably from a university.
Gain international experience during your studies.
Acquire initial experience in strategy development consulting through previous internships.
Possess international experience.
Critically question facts.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Exhibit excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
