About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, from realigning and optimizing strategies to transformative deals and restructurings. Using data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will open new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a decisive difference.

Responsibilities

Advise national and international business leaders on developing strategy concepts and become a trusted advisor at the C-level.
Set the course for future-oriented transformations and transactions and lead them to success in collaboration with other EY network teams.
Support the execution of Commercial Due Diligences to assess opportunities and risks within transactions.
Immerse yourself in diverse industries and gain experience with various project types, developing into a versatile professional with both technical excellence and deep industry knowledge.

Requirements

Completed studies with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative fields with outstanding performance, including international experience.
Initial practical experience in strategy development or transaction consulting.
Critically question facts and possess strong communication skills.
Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
