About the Role
OKX is seeking a Sr. VIP Relationship Manager to join the US Strategic Markets team. This role is crucial for expanding our VIP client base in the US, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and smaller corporate clients. You will drive growth through partnerships and key client development, complementing the institutional team's efforts.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients.
- Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on OKX's US product offering.
- Collaborate with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the company's strategic direction.
- Lead partnership initiatives in the US by identifying and negotiating with suitable partners.
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key clients in the US to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build long-lasting client relationships to secure referrals and new sales channels.
- Perform proactive account management and liaise with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients understand the OKX value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Fluency in English.
- 6+ years of experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance, or trading industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data for strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the US region.
