About the Role
Manage OTC derivatives collateral control for Japanese clients trading with Morgan Stanley's Japan, UK, and US affiliates. Partner with business units to support financial transactions, implement controls, and develop client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Execute processes and support process management and project efforts using knowledge of systems, markets, and instruments.
- Identify risks in daily processes, highlight key issues, and contribute to process improvements.
- Build internal relationships and share knowledge to enhance team output.
- Participate in projects and initiatives, assisting in solution formulation and timely execution.
Requirements
- Ability to set clear goals and priorities.
- Address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance.
- Subject matter expertise in the business area supported and client requirements.
- Ensure control is not compromised to meet client requests.
- Act as a culture carrier within Operations, embodying the Firm's core values.
