About the Role
The Analyst, Funds Management is responsible for supporting the Mandates team to achieve or exceed performance objectives through timely and insightful analysis, communication, and investment decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships within the business, Joint Venture Alliances, and investors to optimize decision making, performance, and exercise of delegations.
- Work in consultation with the Capital Transaction team, modeling complex scenarios to ensure decisions align with the Fund’s investment objectives.
- Manage the existing Cash Flow model, incorporating budget and forecast information and inputs from the quarterly property valuation process.
- Run sensitivities around capital management, capital transactions, development activity, and macro-economic and real estate market factors.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Valuations, Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- Strong financial modeling expertise with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in undertaking advanced financial analysis and forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience writing, coordinating, and project managing investment presentations and papers.
- Interest in applying qualifications and experience to significant operational and capital investment decisions relating to real estate.
