About the Role
Language Trainers is seeking a Hungarian language tutor for a client in Toronto, ON. This is a freelance, part-time, one-to-one position with a total of 40 hours, scheduled flexibly once per week. The student is a beginner looking to learn Hungarian for heritage and research purposes.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one Hungarian language training to a beginner student.
- Conduct 2-hour sessions, totaling 20 sessions.
- Adapt schedule and location based on availability and student preference (home or public location in Toronto M6G 2M5).
Requirements
- Native Hungarian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
- Possess a valid work permit/visa.
- Reside within 30 km of the specified location.
- Submit CV with references (if available).
- Provide availability.
- Provide earliest possible start date.
