About the Role

Get paid to become great at sales. Sales Partnerships, Inc. is building a residential outside sales team across Central Texas. You'll earn a guaranteed hourly wage while we train you to prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close. Hands-on field coaching and the SPI Sales Academy will provide the training needed. You will then sell fast, reliable internet in assigned neighborhoods where service is already live. Your Spanish fluency is an advantage as whole neighborhoods in this market prefer to do business in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Prospect, build rapport, handle objections, and close sales.
Sell fast, reliable internet in assigned neighborhoods.
Engage with customers in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
Comfortable walking neighborhoods outdoors, navigating stairs, and carrying 10-15 lbs.
Available to work Tuesday through Saturday, including evenings.
Conversational fluency in Spanish and English is required.
