About the Role
NexHealth is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to manage critical business applications, optimize employee lifecycle operations, and enhance efficiency through technical expertise, security focus, and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and automated IAM systems with self-service capabilities.
- Automate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Oversee network, device lifecycle management, and AV conferencing solutions.
- Implement proactive monitoring of IT systems for performance and security.
- Drive corporate security initiatives, including Zero Trust Access and EDR deployment.
- Support compliance efforts by providing IT evidence and documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems and SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, MDM, Mac OS, and device lifecycle management best practices.
- Deep, practical Jira administration experience.
- Ability to automate and streamline workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement.
