About the Role
This hybrid operator role is for someone comfortable being hands-on with AI tools, communicating our story externally, and ensuring internal operations run smoothly. You will collaborate directly with the founding team on investment, community, and company-building initiatives. We seek an AI-native individual who defaults to using AI tools for building, automating, and shipping, rather than a traditional chief of staff focused solely on administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tools and workflows using AI (Claude, agents, automations) to accelerate fund and studio operations, including deal research, content generation, and portfolio tracking.
- Own external presence, including social content, community events, and strategic partner outreach.
- Sharpen the company narrative and ensure it reaches the appropriate audience.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, cross-functional coordination, vendor and administrative logistics, and process design for scalability.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in startups, VC, consulting, studio/incubator environments, or a fast-paced operating role.
- Daily use of AI tools and a default approach to building with them.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, human-voiced external content.
- Organized and low-ego, willing to perform both strategic and less glamorous tasks.
- Curiosity about the AI landscape and ability to engage in informed conversations with founders and researchers.
