About the Role
Access is seeking a licensed clinician to supervise a team of Community Engagement Specialists. This role involves connecting youth and young adults with mental health services, hosting drop-in center activities, and providing education on suicide prevention.
Responsibilities
- Leading team organizational and program meetings
- Providing direction to staff regarding individual cases
- Conducting side-by-side outreach and engagement
- Facilitating enrollment, training, and supervision of youth activities
- Providing event and training coverage for short periods as staffing needs require
- Participate in organizational, community based, and stakeholder events and meetings
- Co-chair youth advisory community
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be capable to access all rooms in a 2-story home
- Able to work in open space floor plan
- Must be capable to move throughout work day
- Occasional lifting of > 25+ pounds
Skills
- Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking
- Ability to navigate electronic health record
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to demonstrate flexibility in adjusting work plan for the day to best meet the needs of the program.
