About the Role
Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team to keep students and staff safe. At Delaware Valley Job Corps, you’re not just keeping a campus safe. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team to keep students and staff safe
- Conduct investigations of incidents and accidents, implementing measures to prevent recurrence
- Ensure compliance with PRH, OSHA, and other safety directives
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve hazards
- Oversee security, visitor control, and student accountability
- Coordinate staff coverage to maintain supervised student areas
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth center operations
- Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
- Maintain accurate reports and data on safety, security, and incidents
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a safe and structured environment
- Valid in-state driver’s license required and must meet Company insurability requirements
