About the Role
You will manage and develop a customer base of approximately 80 clients and contacts, focusing on public sector clients such as job centers and employment agencies. The role involves identifying needs, asking the right questions, and developing solutions in collaboration with clients, emphasizing long-term relationship building over quick sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing customer base of around 80 clients and contacts.
- Conduct discussions with job centers, employment agencies, and other public sector clients.
- Identify needs, ask pertinent questions, and develop concrete next steps.
- Plan customer activities and consistently follow through on agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and program teams.
- Document activities and customer contacts in a structured manner within the CRM.
- Visit clients regularly in person.
Requirements
- First experience in account management, sales, customer success, consulting, customer support, or a comparable field.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Structured and reliable way of working.
- Confident use of digital tools; experience with CRM and Microsoft 365 is helpful.
- Willingness to work regularly in the Berlin office.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
- Experience in the public sector, with an educational provider, or in dealing with public clients is a definite plus, but not a requirement.
