About the Role
This role is focused on project management, partnerships, fundraising, and helping build a landmark nonprofit. It is not a traditional Executive Assistant position focused on calendars, travel, or personal administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fundraising initiatives and donor relations.
- Develop partnerships with corporations, foundations, schools, and community organizations.
- Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants during the development of our new flagship location.
- Manage projects, timelines, meetings, and follow-up to ensure initiatives move forward.
- Assist with grant applications, presentations, research, and strategic planning.
- Work directly with the Founder/CEO on the organization’s growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong project management and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, project management, construction, architecture, design, real estate development, or business operations is a plus.
- Passion for making a meaningful impact on children and families.
