About the Role
The Service Advisor - Equipment manages the service quotation process by converting technician findings into customer-ready repair solutions. This role develops service quotations, coordinates warranty claims, communicates with customers, follows up on outstanding opportunities, and partners with technicians to ensure service recommendations are accurately translated into completed work. The Service Advisor supports revenue growth by providing exceptional customer service and driving timely execution of service opportunities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience in the Boiler, Critical Power of HVAC Industry.
- 7-10 years of field service experience (HVAC, Boiler, or Critical Power) with strong diagnostic and repair knowledge.
- Experience preparing service and repair estimates, proposals, or quotations.
- Universal EPA CFC certification required; discipline-specific certifications (EGSA, UA Apprenticeship, NATE, STAR) preferred.
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices (smartphones, tablets).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
