  • Act as a teacher and role model for technical and behavioral skills required for success with the Jackson Lewis analytics team.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and statisticians on analysis revisions, often during mediation proceedings.
  • Provide clear and concise written and oral communications regarding analysis processes and results to attorneys and client contacts, explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with attorneys and clients.
  • Execute assigned tasks in a self-directed, proactive manner, managing own time and quality of work.
  • Expand the scope of data tools employed by the analysis team, including internal business capture and process automation.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously from data intake and methodology development to analysis completion for own direct work and team members.
  • Collaborate with team manager to support the hiring, training, and development of team members.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the W&H Team, assisting team members, attorneys, and clients outside of the primary statisticians overseen.
