About the Role
Provide maintenance, repairs, and support to facility equipment and building systems. Responsible for routinely completing and responding to work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
Responsibilities
- Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency maintenance calls.
- Maintain accurate record of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
- Perform repairs and facility support tasks including light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, and maintaining operation logs.
- Perform carpentry duties such as painting, caulking, installing drywall, and installing shelving.
- Perform plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, installing fixtures, and replacing internal components.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of general building maintenance experience.
- Experience applying knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
- Willing to work weekends or other overtime hours as business needs dictate.
