About the Role
The Business Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Digital Products and Services organization, focusing on new hire onboarding, financial and vendor management, process optimization, and team administration. This role involves direct collaboration with leadership across various departments including Finance, Growth, Human Resources, Data, Strategy, and Facilities to drive organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Provide team administration support, including event development and execution (e.g., All hands, offsites).
- Manage and support SharePoint.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Support vendor and invoice management, including onboarding vendors/contractors and processing invoices.
- Track and manage budgets for approved onsite events and activities.
- Support the new hire onboarding process and track/report hiring statuses.
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative management or operational experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear actions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- High level of confidentiality is required.
