Responsibilities
- Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating the team.
- Train team members on customer support, sales techniques, and product features.
- Provide customers with a warm welcome, assist them in finding products, and answer questions.
- Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly and the team provides outstanding customer service.
- Achieve personal sales goals.
- Share necessary information with the team to achieve joint sales goals.
- Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment.
- Bring the company's vision, mission, and brand culture to life.
- Act as an inspiring role model.
- Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training employees.
- Manage team members’ absences and lateness.
- Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms.
- Stay on top of competitor activities.
- Reflect the brand image to build a loyal customer base.
- Help plan incoming orders and ensure efficient visual display setup.
- Maintain the look and cleanliness of the store and backstore.
- Analyze sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports and share results.
- Open and close the store.
- Respect and apply head office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
- Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
- Natural leader who knows how to motivate a team.
- Sociable, good communicator, and strong team player.
- Listens to the needs of both customers and team members.
- Sets goals and achieves them with team support.
- Proactive and conscientious.
- Looking for a career with constant new challenges.
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
- Functionally bilingual (an asset).
