About the Role
Assist the Closing Department with general clerical duties including the filing and tracking of documents.
Responsibilities
- Review closing documents
- Balance escrow check to Closing Disclosure and Initial Escrow
- Assist in completing physical file for bond loans
- Deliver bond loans to Secondary Marketing
- Prepare and ship banking file to warehouse bank
- Sign off on conditions
- Assist Post Closing with follow-up or suspense items
- File physical files
- Purge files
- Order office supplies
- Mail initial CD’s
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Requirements
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to report to office daily
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
