About the Role
Eagle Rock Properties is a full-service real estate firm specializing in rental apartment communities. We are seeking a dedicated individual to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool, and all common areas.
- Keep streets, curbs, and sidewalks clean.
- Sweep all breezeways and steps.
- Maintain clean laundry rooms.
- Clean doors and light globes.
- Replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
- Clean the pool area and pool furniture.
- Clean the mailroom.
- Empty all trash receptacles daily.
- Report inoperable vehicles on property to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
- Report potential liabilities to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
- Assist in apartment make-readies and unit cleaning.
- Assist with snow removal as required.
- Read and abide by all company and community policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring property compliance with company requirements and objectives.
- Support multiple Eagle Rock communities in the Albany area as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the company.
