  • Build toward a broader regional field marketing remit beyond events as the role and region matures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS.
  • Experience spanning campaigns and events, with direct ownership of a regional field marketing program and budget.
  • Proven track record of building and executing field marketing programs, including managing third-party sponsorship relationships, under tight timelines and fixed budgets.
  • Comfortable owning a budget and making trade-off calls to protect ROI.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple concurrent programs across a region.
  • Strong collaborator who can align Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Communications around shared goals.
  • Data-driven, comfortable tracking pipeline impact and reporting results to leadership.
  • Clear communicator in English.
