About the Role
You will provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of individual and collective labor law, offering practical solutions at a high professional level. You will support clients during restructuring and reorganization projects from strategic planning to implementation. You will handle negotiations with employee representatives, conciliation board proceedings, and co-determination issues with expertise and a focus on solutions. You will bring clarity and structure to complex topics such as employment contracts, service contracts, works agreements, and collective bargaining agreements. You will also address labor law issues in a global context through international projects and collaborate closely with our network. Furthermore, you will represent client interests convincingly in court and in out-of-court disputes. You will share your knowledge through in-house training and client events, establishing your professional visibility in the market. You will utilize digital tools and AI applications as an integral part of your work to enhance efficiency and develop new approaches.

- Advise comprehensively on all aspects of individual and collective labor law.
- Support clients during restructuring and reorganization projects from strategic planning to implementation.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for the entire spectrum of labor law.
- Excellent professional foundation demonstrated by two state examinations with at least 'satisfactory' results.
- Confident handling of professional issues in English.
- Value teamwork as much as professional work.
- Consider career and partnership prospects important.
- Previous engagement with labor law issues during studies, legal clerkship, or prior employment, ideally with initial practical experience.
- Interest in digital developments in the legal market and active exploration of Legal Tech and AI applications to make legal work more efficient and innovative.
